If you shop with us some of the following items may be of interest to you:

Shopping is done from the comfort of your own seat at home at any time of the day, our shop is opened 24 hour a day. If you want to purchase an item in our store just click it in your shopping cart. The displayed article is always the item you buy; with the exception of for example the FDC of Proof sets.

After confirmation and payment of your items you will receive an summary (invoice) by E-mail. When we receive your payment we will send you your items within 3 working days. The shipping rates are as follows: shipping with signature (Netherlands €7,- / other countries €9,48). At purchases above €500,= the shipping will be paid by us no matter which country it is shipped to.

During process and shipping your items are automatically insured by the MPO and you don’t pay an additional fee.

The law on Tax requires that shipping has the same VAT rate as the supplied items. Therefore items which has exemption of VAT will also have exemption of VAT on shipping. Shipping items which have different VAT rates will require you to take the highest rate for all items. This will be calculated by us. The VAT rate will be shown on the invoice you’ll receive.

Even more important: our major concern is to satisfy you as a customer, therefore if you have purchased an item and are not entirely pleased with it, you have the possibility to return the items within 7 working days after receiving your purchase.
